5. Performance Evaluation
- Monitoring and measurement of psychosocial risk controls is in place
- Internal audits include psychosocial risk management
- Management reviews cover psychosocial health and safety performance
- Worker feedback on psychosocial conditions is collected and analysed
6. Improvement
- Incidents and nonconformities related to psychosocial risks are investigated
